International Moving: Delivery & Unloading

As soon as your final destination is reached, your shipment will be professionally unloaded with the same care and attention to detail with which they were loaded. Universal Relocations' crew has plenty of experience in the appropriate unloading and unpacking methods.
When working with our experts, you can expect:
English-speaking crew leaders available to assist you at delivery. All items to be carefully unloaded and crosschecked with your signed inventory list and placed in the correct rooms. Fragile items, such as glass and china, to be unpacked on flat surfaces. All packing materials and debris to be quickly removed from your home.
In the highly unlikely event that any item in your shipment is damaged or misplaced, Universal Relocations can settle claims quickly and easily through our in-house claims department. We don't expect that anything will happen to your belongings while in our care, given the care we show in our work. But should an issue arise, Universal Relocations' claims department can handle it quickly and professionally.
Delivery Report
Once we are finished, you will be required to sign and date a packing list as the final step in your international moving process. This is the confirmation that all items have been delivered. You will also be asked to sign a delivery report or 'Out turn Report.' This report will clearly state the condition of your consignment when unpacked. Your crew will return your delivery report and packing list to your Coordinator to confirm that your consignment has been delivered to your satisfaction.
