Job Position : Business Development Manager- Removals
Location : Brentwood, CA (USA)

• Due to our aggressive expansion plans within USA, we are seeking an enthusiastic individual to generate new business for us in CA.
• The Business Development Manager will be responsible for: " Development of business across the breadth of Relocation and Household Goods services portfolios throughout USA and with initial focus on California.
• Achievement of pre-budgeted targets in revenue and margin.
• Client retention through the provision of agreements which meet the needs of the client and our company.
• Developing and maximizing revenue from new corporate accounts through effective use of lead sources, call cycles and physical visits.
• Successful candidates will possess a minimum 3 years sales experience and will be able to demonstrate:
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with experience of presenting and negotiating.
• A successful track record of new wins and revenue development in a business to business service industry.
• Ability and skills to penetrate relevant markets.
• A creative approach to analyzing customer needs and developing customized business solutions
• Relocation industry knowledge would be ideal, though outstanding candidates with related experience (for example Real Estate or other concept selling) may be considered.
• Self-motivation throughout the sales process.
• Fluency in both written and verbal Spanish besides English will be an added advantage.
