During the delivery/collection, Universal Relocations’ operations team scans the barcode of each item (carton, file/folder or tape) at the client location and provides an automated printer receipt listing all the items scanned. The transaction information is also captured in our database and is available to our clients.

For all transactions (delivery, collection, re-file, pickup and destruction), Universal Relocations scans each item's barcode creating an electronic transaction log in the database indicating the time, date, item, location, activity and employee who performs the transaction.
