The actual weight will be verified after the shipment arrives at our warehouse.

No. This service is strictly for personal used household goods and unaccompanied baggage only.

If U.S. Customs assesses any customs duty, taxes, or other government charges on your shipment, Universal Relocations will pay these charges on your behalf to avoid unnecessary delays during customs clearance. The amount paid will be invoiced to you and must be reimbursed in full before your shipment is released for final delivery.

Please note that all customs duties, taxes, inspection fees, storage charges, demurrage, penalties, or any other charges imposed by U.S. Customs or government authorities remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

Yes. U.S. Customs has the authority to inspect any shipment. Any inspection delays or charges imposed by Customs are beyond the control of Universal Relocations and remain the customer’s responsibility.
