Information Sharing with Non-Universal Relocations Group Companies We may share your personal information with companies or organizations outside of the Universal Relocations Group strictly for the following purposes:

• To comply with legal or regulatory requirements, such as disclosures to customs, border protection, and other government agencies necessary for the international shipping process.
• With shipping partners and agents as needed to fulfill your relocation or moving services.
• With service providers who assist us in operating our business and providing our services (e.g., IT support, cloud storage, logistics partners), provided they adhere to strict confidentiality and data protection requirements.

We do not sell your personal information or share it for unrelated third-party marketing purposes.

For your protection, we require all non-Universal Relocations companies to agree in writing to provide at least the same level of privacy protection as required by this Privacy Policy. When feasible, we will provide notice to you before making disclosures required by court order or governmental directive.

SMS Consent

Verification

Employee training and internal procedures are in place to allow Universal Relocations to ensure compliance with its Privacy Policy. Universal Relocations provides for regular internal compliance reviews of its privacy practices, and a Privacy Officer is responsible for privacy implementation and compliance.
