For FCL shipments, delivery is typically made directly to the customer’s residence—sometimes at night due to local traffic restrictions—while LCL shipments are first taken to a local warehouse for consolidation before being delivered. Got my stuff relocated from US to India. Generally, from the start to end the whole process and staff was pretty good. They are great with communication and returning with your queries. All my stuff took about 4.5 months to reach here. Some of the boxes came back in bad shape and a couple boxes were torn and stuff coming out.I have lost my stuff in transit like saree, shoes, branded jacket(Gently used), Blanket etc. I messaged the same thing to the concern person but she did not reply.I would not recommend anyone for their services.I would not recommend the company to anyone wants to relocate.Will give them overall 2 stars.
